With his recent relocation from Los Angeles, we welcome Danny’s modern and fresh design approach to Weisshouse. With a passion for creating personally collected and enveloping interiors, Danny creates transformative spaces that exude both feeling and intention. Having studied interior design and with 15+ years of experience working alongside reputable names, including Nickey Kehoe & Jeremiah Brent, Danny has held Creative Director and Design Director roles for industry-leading companies across interiors and fashion retail. Danny approaches each project with extensive knowledge and curiosity. He is renowned for his mastery styling skills, love of vintage, and ability to create unique and original spaces that translate to a way of life.

Antique Japanese Tansu

Original Japanese storage tansu chests were used to hold clothing and other personal effects in a 19th Century Japanese home. The distinctive iron hardware provides structural stiffness in the corners and serves a decorative function. This 2-part antique Japanese tansu has lovely wood and bold and attractive hand-forged iron handles and other hardware.

Taccia Table Lamp in Silver

The Castiglioni brothers often created designs that challenged our perspective, and the Taccia, which gives the illusion of an upside-down hanging lamp, is an inspired example of that. This smaller version is approximately half the size of the original design created in 1962.

It has a painted aluminum reflector that is gloss white on the inside and matte white on the outside. The diffuser is transparent blown glass and can change direction.
