The house is approximately 2300 sq. ft. We turned a suburban patio home into an urban modern apt. The client wanted no color, simply black, white, gray, and beige. We removed a wall between the kitchen and the living. Did an Italian kitchen from Modulo Cucine. We chose the Sydney kitchen. The client loved the curved lines and the fact that it is unlike any other kitchen she has seen. This kitchen also has a design feature that makes the countertop appear floating.

We removed all existing closets and put in European Poliform wardrobes. Installed a loft door in the foyer. The furniture is primarily Italian and accented with one-of-a-kind pieces.
