Le Bambole 50th Anniversary
B&B Italia introduced the Le Bambole collection in 1972, and the design world hasn't stopped talking about it since. The Le Bambole collection, created by world-renowned designer Mario Bellini, appealed to the masses due to its high-quality upholstery and comfort. For the 50th anniversary, B&B Italia and Mario Bellini aimed to replace some original materials with lighter-weight alternatives. These changes made the collection considerably more sustainable and 100% recyclable, winning the 2022 Interior Design Best of Awards for the Reissue Category.
