The Empire Building stands tall in Pittsburgh’s vibrant Little Italy neighborhood of Bloomfield. This 3,000-square-foot penthouse embraces an open floor plan with industrial accents, perfectly suited to Weisshouse’s contemporary design ethos.

While the layout flows seamlessly, each zone retains its own character. In the living area, iconic pieces like B&B Italia’s Charles sofa and Metropolitan chair are paired with a vintage patchwork Kilim rug and artwork by Pittsburgh artist Karl Mullen, creating a layered, inviting look. A sculptural dining table by Rem Koolhaas anchors the kitchen and extends to the outdoor balcony, bridging interior and exterior. Throughout the penthouse, vintage rugs and curated art layers add warmth and texture, culminating in a distinctive, eclectic aesthetic signature to Weisshouse.
