Weisshouse was honored to collaborate on this stunning modern residence in Squirrel Hill, designed by Brillhart Architecture. The home harmonizes with Pittsburgh’s northern landscape while nodding to the city’s industrial heritage through striking Corten steel siding.

Expansive floor-to-ceiling glass at the front and rear creates a seamless indoor-outdoor connection, providing a perfect canvas for Stacy Weiss and Stan Adamik to design a warm, inviting interior that complements the home’s clean, angular lines. The main living space spans the full depth of the house and balances textures and iconic designs. Cassina sofas flank a cherished Nakashima coffee table, while a 13-foot farm table, slipcovered white chairs, and a caramel leather sofa introduce softness. A Flos Glo Ball lamp on a custom walnut shelving unit and matching area rugs unify the space, creating harmony and flow.

The Poliform kitchen, also designed by Weisshouse, is a showpiece in rich walnut, accented by Flos pendant lights and Herman Miller barstools at the island. A wine cooler adds luxury, while expansive views of the landscaped lawn and pool ensure the kitchen remains the heart of the home.
